Scoring Methodology
The MOXFQ uses a 5-point Likert scale (0-4) for each question: 0 = No problem, 1 = Mild problem, 2 = Moderate problem, 3 = Severe problem, 4 = Extreme problem. Domain scores are calculated by summing individual question scores and transforming to a 0-100 scale where 0 represents the best possible health state. Lower scores indicate better outcomes.
